This was the coldest Nielson Challenge is quite a few years. The temperature
was minus 2 degrees. The course was snowy and icy, especially the last 1/2 mile.
20 runners still came out to brave the cold temps.

For the first time in many years, nobody was under their handicap. But Mike
Stephens was the least amount over his handicap, so he gets the monthly shirt
award. Way to go, Mike.

Thanks for coming out, and especially thanks to the volunteers for working
a real freeze off.
