What an excellent turnout on this lovely morning! Eight runners were under their
handicaps. This month's winner is H. J. "Keep on Truckin' " ARNOLD, who ran a
superlative 3:40 under his handicap. Way to do it, Hank! I have a shirt for you.
As of January, 2004, the Nielson will revert back to the two-mile challenge only. Runners
who would like to continue with their one mile training are welcome to join us. You get to
keep your own time. Results will be posted for the two milers as usual.

Happy Holidays, and see you on 3 January, 2004.
