Protocol: This is a much less organized group wise run from the Garden of the Gods training runs, but many of the same people will be there. Come out and get your name in for attendance (Doesn't count for anything). Then match up with someone in your ability level or run alone. We'll be running the Bear Creek Regional trail, going uphill on the way out, and downhill on the way back. Faster runners will be able to follow the course onto High Drive and get more altitude going up High Drive
Incentives: Being outdoors during the summer, running and sweating, Feeling good about running big hills. What else do you need?
We will not be taking attendance at these runs. It doesn't count for anything anyway.
